BOOKING POLICY

Appointments at VÈU can be booked online or in person during your consultation.

A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking and will be credited toward your scheduled treatment.

  • $100 deposit for skin treatments

  • $100 deposit for medical aesthetic treatments
    (This excludes Consultation Only appointments.)

All deposits are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable once within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment.


RESCHEDULING, CANCELLATIONS & LATE POLICY

While we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, we kindly request 48 hours’ notice for any changes to your booking.

SMS and email reminders are sent 72 hours prior to your appointment. Please use the link provided in your confirmation email or contact the clinic via phone or email to reschedule or cancel.

If you need to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours, please sms/call the clinic directly.

Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit, or incur a $50 late cancellation fee if no deposit was taken at the time of booking.

Please do not contact us via Instagram or Facebook, as these platforms are not regularly monitored.

Failure to attend your appointment will result in forfeiture of the booking fee, and a new pre-payment will be required before scheduling another appointment.

If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, you will be considered a no-show and your deposit will be forfeited. A new booking deposit will be required to secure another appointment.

In the event of illness, your cancellation fee or deposit may be waived once only. This will be recorded on your file. Repeated cancellations will result in loss of deposit or a $100 late cancellation fee.

Courtesy communication is always appreciated if you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment.


PAYMENT POLICY

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure your deposit and appointment.

Payment in full is due at the time of your service.
Accepted payment methods include:
Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Afterpay, and ZipPay.

Please note: Cheques and external gift vouchers not issued by VÈU are not accepted.


REFUND POLICY

VÈU does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on services provided.


CONSULTATION POLICY

During your consultation, a comprehensive full-face assessment is performed to ensure a personalised approach aligned with your individual skin goals.

The consultation fee is non-refundable, as it includes professional medical advice and the creation of a customised treatment plan.


MEDICAL HISTORY CHECKS

Please inform us during your consultation of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, recent surgeries, pregnancy, or other factors that may impact your treatment.

All treatments carry potential risks and side effects. Client safety is our priority.
Some treatments may not be suitable for certain individuals, and medical clearance may be required prior to proceeding.

All clients must undergo a medical assessment during consultation before receiving treatment.


TREATMENT & MEDICAL CONSIDERATIONS

Clients with previous dermal filler treatments (e.g. lip filler) will be assessed prior to treatment. Dissolving may be recommended if clinically necessary.

If you are prone to cold sores, preventative medication should be taken 2–3 days prior to treatment. Treatment cannot proceed if a cold sore is present or active.

Major dental work: Please allow 4 weeks pre- and post-procedure before undergoing dermal filler treatment.

Roaccutane: A waiting period of 6 months post-medication is required before treatment.

Antibiotics, vaccinations, or infusions: Please allow 2 weeks before or after treatment.


TRAVEL GUIDELINES

Domestic travel: Please allow at least 48 hours post-treatment.
International travel: Please allow 2–3 weeks post-treatment.


ELIGIBILITY & CLINIC ENVIRONMENT

Treatments are not performed on clients under 18 years of age, even with parental consent.

Treatments are not performed on clients who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or actively trying to conceive (including IVF).

The clinic environment is not suitable for children. Please arrange alternative care prior to your appointment.


GIFT VOUCHER POLICY

Gift vouchers are valid until the expiry date specified and cannot be redeemed after this date.

VÈU is not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers and will not replace them.
Gift vouchers are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are not valid in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
Vouchers must be used by one person in a single visit.


PRIVACY POLICY

We may collect personal information when you schedule appointments, complete forms, or communicate with VÈU via phone, email, or in person. This may include your name, contact details, medical history, and other relevant information required to provide our services.

Appropriate technical and organisational measures are implemented to protect your data. While we take reasonable precautions, no system can guarantee absolute security.

6. Access and Correction

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting VÈU directly.

7. Changes to Privacy Policy

VÈU reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on our website.
