NCTF® 135 HA by FILLMED is an advanced skin revitalisation treatment designed to improve hydration, radiance, elasticity, fine lines and overall skin quality.
Developed by FILLMED, NCTF® 135 HA combines non-crosslinked hyaluronic acid with a polyrevitalising complex of 59 additional ingredients, creating a total formulation of 60 components selected to support the biological environment of the skin.
Unlike treatments designed to create facial volume or alter facial structure, NCTF® focuses primarily on skin quality, hydration and revitalisation.
Depending on the treatment indication and formulation selected, NCTF® may be incorporated into a professional skin treatment using an appropriate delivery technique, including microneedling protocols.
The objective is healthier-looking, smoother, more hydrated and more luminous skin while maintaining your natural facial features.

THE NCTF® FORMULA
NCTF® combines non-crosslinked hyaluronic acid with an extensive polyrevitalising complex.
HYALURONIC ACID
Hyaluronic acid has a strong affinity for water and plays an important role in maintaining skin hydration and extracellular matrix function.
The free, non-crosslinked hyaluronic acid within NCTF® supports hydration, suppleness and overall skin qualityrather than being designed primarily to create structural facial volume.
12 VITAMINS
The formulation contains a combination of vitamins involved in normal cellular and metabolic processes, including antioxidant vitamins such as vitamins C and E.
24 AMINO ACIDS
Amino acids are fundamental building blocks of proteins and contribute to the biological environment required for healthy skin function.
6 CO-ENZYMES
Co-enzymes participate in numerous enzymatic and metabolic reactions involved in normal cellular activity.

HOW DOES NCTF® WORK?
Skin ageing involves more than the development of wrinkles.
Over time, changes occur in hydration, fibroblast activity, collagen, elasticity and dermal density, contributing to skin that may appear thinner, duller, dehydrated or less resilient.
NCTF® provides hyaluronic acid alongside a broad combination of vitamins, amino acids, minerals, co-enzymes and nucleosides to support the environment of the skin.
Rather than significantly changing facial structure, the treatment focuses on biorevitalisation and improvement in overall skin quality.
The result is intended to be subtle and progressive — healthier-looking skin rather than a change in the natural shape of your face.
NCTF® + MICRONEEDLING
NCTF® may also be incorporated into a professional microneedling treatment using the appropriate formulation and protocol.
Microneedling creates controlled microscopic channels within the skin and initiates a physiological wound-healing response, stimulating processes involved in collagen and elastin production and dermal remodelling.
Combining an appropriate NCTF® formulation with microneedling allows the treatment to focus on both skin revitalisation and controlled collagen induction.

UNDER-EYE / PERIORBITAL NCTF®
The eye area is particularly susceptible to early changes in skin quality because the skin is naturally thin and delicate.
Where clinically appropriate, NCTF® may be used within a treatment plan for the periorbital region to address concerns such as:

• Dehydration

• Dull or tired-looking skin
NCTF® does not correct every cause of under-eye darkness or hollowness.
Volume loss, pigmentation, vascular visibility and individual anatomy can all contribute to the appearance of the under-eye area, so assessment is important before treatment.
WHAT DOES THE TREATMENT FEEL LIKE?
Treatment sensation depends on the method selected.
Clients may experience brief pinching, stinging, pressure or sensitivity during treatment.
When NCTF® is incorporated into microneedling, clients commonly experience light pressure, vibration and prickling sensations as the device passes across the skin.
A topical anaesthetic may be used where appropriate depending on the treatment protocol.
DOWNTIME & RECOVERY
Downtime depends on the treatment method used.
Following a lighter NCTF® skin-revitalisation treatment, downtime may be minimal, although temporary redness, swelling, tenderness or visible treatment points may occur.
When combined with microneedling, clients should generally allow approximately 2–5 days of visible recovery.
First 24–48 hours
Redness, warmth, mild swelling and sensitivity may occur.
The skin may feel tight or similar to a mild-to-moderate sunburn following microneedling.
Days 2–3
Redness generally begins to settle.
Mild dryness, tightness or sensitivity may develop as the skin barrier recovers.
Days 3–5
The skin generally continues returning to normal. Mild dryness or flaking may occasionally remain.
Bruising is also possible depending on the treatment technique and individual tendency to bruise.
WHEN WILL I SEE RESULTS?
Some clients notice improvements in hydration, luminosity and overall skin freshness relatively early following treatment.
However, NCTF® is designed as a progressive skin-quality treatment.
With an appropriate treatment course, improvements may become increasingly noticeable in:

When combined with microneedling, collagen remodelling continues progressively over the following weeks and months.

RECOMMENDED TREATMENT PROGRAM
NCTF® is generally most effective when approached as a course of treatments rather than a single isolated session.
A commonly recommended initial program consists of approximately:
3 treatments spaced around 3–4 weeks apart.
The exact number and interval will depend on your skin, treatment method and desired outcome.
Following the initial course, maintenance treatments may be recommended according to individual skin quality and clinical assessment.
NCTF® VS DERMAL FILLER
Although NCTF® contains hyaluronic acid, it should not be confused with a traditional volumising dermal filler.
Dermal fillers are generally designed to provide structural support, replace volume or alter contour depending on the product and treatment area.
NCTF® focuses primarily on hydration, revitalisation and improvement in skin quality.
The objective is refinement of the skin rather than significant alteration of facial structure.
NCTF® VS PRP
Both treatments may be selected when the objective is improved skin quality, but they work differently.
NCTF® provides hyaluronic acid together with a formulated complex of vitamins, amino acids, minerals, co-enzymes and nucleosides.
PRP is produced from the client's own blood and uses concentrated platelets and their associated biological signalling factors as part of a regenerative treatment.
Treatment selection depends on the skin, concern and desired outcome.

At VÉU, NCTF® is approached as an individualised skin-quality and revitalisation treatment.
Your skin, treatment history, areas of concern and desired outcome are assessed before determining the most appropriate treatment method.
