LINEARZ is an advanced non-invasive HIFU treatment designed to improve skin laxity, facial definition and tissue firmness without surgery or needles.
HIFU — High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound — delivers concentrated ultrasound energy to precisely selected depths beneath the skin, creating controlled thermal coagulation points within targeted tissue while leaving the surface of the skin intact.
This thermal response stimulates collagen contraction, neocollagenesis and progressive tissue remodelling, helping improve firmness, support and facial definition over time.
LINEARZ incorporates both conventional focused ultrasound and linear ultrasound delivery, allowing treatment to be customised according to the anatomical area, tissue characteristics and desired clinical outcome.

HOW DOES LINEARZ HIFU WORK?
LINEARZ delivers focused ultrasound energy beneath the skin's surface at selected tissue depths.
At the focal point, ultrasound energy generates controlled thermal stimulation without requiring needles or surgical incisions.
This produces precise zones of thermal coagulation that initiate a regenerative response within the targeted tissue.
Different treatment depths can be selected according to the area and clinical objective, allowing treatment to address dermal firmness as well as deeper structural support.
Over the following weeks and months, collagen contraction and remodelling contribute to progressive improvements in firmness and definition.

LIFTING & FACIAL CONTOURING
Facial ageing involves more than changes at the surface of the skin.
Loss of collagen, changes in tissue elasticity and alterations within deeper supporting structures can contribute to jowling, lower-face heaviness and reduced jawline definition.
LINEARZ allows focused ultrasound energy to be delivered to selected structural depths without disrupting the surface of the skin.
It may be particularly suitable for clients wanting a non-surgical approach to improving lower-face definition, jawline contour and neck firmness.
The objective is progressive structural improvement while maintaining the natural characteristics of the face.
SUBMENTAL & CONTOURING TREATMENTS
Where clinically appropriate, LINEARZ may also be used to address localised submental fullness and contouring concerns.
Treatment depth and ultrasound delivery are selected according to tissue thickness, anatomy and the desired outcome.
Not every client with lower-face heaviness requires the same treatment approach. Correct assessment is important to distinguish between skin laxity, tissue descent and localised adipose tissue before treatment is selected.
WHAT DOES LINEARZ FEEL LIKE?
During treatment, clients may experience warmth, tingling, pressure or brief pulses beneath the skin as focused ultrasound energy reaches the targeted tissue.
Sensation varies according to the treatment area, depth, energy level and individual sensitivity.
Areas close to bone or deeper treatment levels may feel more intense.
Treatment parameters are selected according to your anatomy and clinical indication rather than applying one standard protocol to every client.
DOWNTIME & RECOVERY
LINEARZ is generally associated with little to no visible downtime.
Immediately following treatment:
Mild redness, warmth or temporary swelling may occur.
First 24–48 hours:
Most visible redness generally settles. Mild tenderness or sensitivity may remain.
Days 2–7:
Some clients experience temporary tenderness, tingling, mild swelling or sensitivity beneath the skin.
Occasionally, tenderness or altered sensation may persist for longer while the treated tissue settles.
Most clients are able to return to normal daily activities immediately following treatment.
Individual responses vary.
WHEN WILL I SEE RESULTS?
LINEARZ results develop progressively rather than immediately.
Some clients may notice an early improvement in firmness following treatment, but the primary result develops as the body's collagen-remodelling response progresses.
Changes typically become increasingly noticeable over approximately 8–12 weeks, with collagen remodelling potentially continuing for several months.
Results vary according to age, baseline laxity, anatomy, treatment area and individual collagen response.
HIFU cannot reproduce the degree of lifting achievable with surgery and is best suited to appropriately selected clients seeking non-surgical improvement in firmness and facial definition.
HOW MANY TREATMENTS WILL I NEED?
HIFU is generally not performed as frequently as treatments such as microneedling or superficial skin rejuvenation.
The number and timing of treatments depend on the degree of laxity, anatomical area, age, previous procedures and response to treatment.
Your treatment plan will be determined following clinical assessment.
LINEARZ VS RF SKIN TIGHTENING
Both HIFU and radiofrequency treatments can improve skin laxity, but they work through different mechanisms.
LINEARZ HIFU uses focused ultrasound to create controlled thermal coagulation at selected tissue depths, making it particularly suited to structural lifting, definition and contouring.
Monopolar RF treatments such as XERF create controlled volumetric heating across targeted tissue layers and are particularly suited to skin firmness, tightening and collagen remodelling.
Depending on the individual, these technologies may be used independently or as complementary components of a broader treatment plan.
